Head Groundsman For Banbury, Oxfordshire (Daily), £40K-£45K Gross Pa

A dynamic and experienced Head Groundsman is sought for a new daily role near Banbury in Oxfordshire to lead and motivate a small newly established team on a private estate.
Previous experience working on a private estate with excellent references is essential for this role.
A knowledgeable gardener/horticulturalist with good experience of land/grass management would be ideal. Together with experience managing and motivating a small team. Someone dynamic who can pull operations together, building routines, exploring possible projects/diversity or land space as well as working hands on and leading by example in the garden and grounds. As with all work on a private estate flexibility and the ability to multi task is important.
Working 5 days a week, 8-5 or 9-6 including one weekend per month (time off in lieu) with flexibility at busy times to work longer hours as needed.
Salary negotiable around £40k - 45k per annum gross depending on previous experience. Interviewing now to start when ideal candidate found.
