New Hotel opening! *Head Restaurant and Bar Host/Hostess* We are recruiting for one of the coolest new opening Hotels coming to Hoxton! Long revered as London's effortlessly cool cultural core, Hoxton's hip new resident is about to hit the scene. The 26-floor art'otel Hoxton (expected in March 2024) promises a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals preserved and on public display. With 357 guest bedrooms and suites, 10 Meetings and Events spaces, a lounge, gym and two destination restaurants. Seeking an extraordinary *Head Restaurant and Bar Host/Hostess*, an epitome of ambition and dedication, driven to deliver service that leaves hearts aflutter. You will be dedicated and passionate about leading the team by example. If you possess the finesse homed in bustling high-volume eateries and thrive in the whirlwind of a fast-paced environment, where dreams become reality and memories are etched in gold, then this is your calling. As our *Head Restaurant and Bar Host/Hostess*: * You will take pride in exceeding guests' expectations and be able to anticipate guests' needs and deliver a memorable experience * You will be a passionate and highly motivated Leader with the ability to inspire your team * You will lead by example, enthusing your team by sharing your passion for brilliant food & drink and outstanding customer service * You will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly, delivering memorable experiences * You will manage bookings and know about reservation systems such as Open Table * You have experience building productive relationships with colleagues within the bar and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience and business performance As our *Head Restaurant and Bar Host/Hostess,*, you will receive: * Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro rata) - these increase with service! * Salary: *£12.50 per hour plus generous Service Charge* * Two meals per day, every day (including days off if you wish to come in!) * Discounted gym memberships * Access to free financial and mortgage advice * Shift patterns are shared at least 2 weeks in advance so you can plan your life around work! * Discounted hotel staff rates * Great Learning and development opportunities If you share a passion for art, culture, and hospitality, art'otel is where people's talents will feel at home.
