Who are you?

• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in a busy hospitality operation
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Posses basic management skills.
• Customer-focused, viewing every complaint as an opportunity to enhance the guest experience.
• Thrive in a high-paced environment, ensuring each guest feels special under all circumstances.
• Mature, patient, and confident with a friendly yet professional communication style.
• Open Table experience preferred

Please note: The position involves some closing shifts, concluding at 1:30 am. Please note this is a FULL TIME position only.
