Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Housekeeper to oversee the cleanliness, organization, and overall maintenance of our establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas are kept in impeccable condition to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests and residents.

Duties and Responsibilities

Establish and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property.

Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and support.

To understand and ensure the implementation of the Home’s Health and Safety, Infection Control and hygiene policies, and Emergency and Fire procedures.

Work safely within company policies, seeking advice and guidance when necessary.

Lead by example and seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available for daily operations.

Report regularly to management on housekeeping operations, challenges, and achievements.

To create cleaning schedule for housekeeping department and clean assigned areas to established housekeeping procedures.

To maintain records and to carry out daily/weekly/monthly checks as per the home policy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 35 per week
