SalaryAntony James are looking to recruit a Head housekeeper. To lead, manage, and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure the hotel achieves an industry-leading standard in hotel service provision. The hotel is looking for an experienced hotel housekeeper looking to take a step or someone who has previously held the position to come in immediately to take the team forward.
Salary: £33,000
40-hour-a week contract (5/7, including Weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage the housekeeping rota
- Managing the housekeeping team 15 to 20 staff and developing them further
- Cleaning Rooms
- Dealing with complaints
- Ensuring the team keep to the standard set by the hotel
About you:
- Previous experience in hotel or Hospitality housekeeping
- Previous experience in a management or Supervisory positions
- A driver as the Hotel isn't on a local public transport route
