What's involved?

As Head Housekeeper you will be responsible for managing the Housekeeping for the main hotel and it's public areas with a focus on the quality and attention to detail, whilst be bands on and lead by example to the team, ensuring the best service is delivered at all times. You will manage the training, rosters as well as the P&L and budgets.

We are looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper from a Hotel or resort background who has proven experience in leadership, an excellent business acumen with managing budgets as well easily approachable and flexible to work long hours if business demands. Please note this opportunity does not qualify for sponsorship.
