Head HousekeeperThe main purpose of the jobThe Head Housekeeper will oversee the cleanliness on a day-to-day basis by closely checking the standards presented by the room operatives responsible to him or her.Key accountabilitiesHas direct line management responsibility for a large team of housekeepers, cleaners and room attendants and is expected to provide support and direction for them.No budgetary sign off levels other than petty cash.Weekly rotas must be agreed and staffing levels maintained appropriately to run the hotel to the standards required.
