The Role
The Department of Inclusion and Support wishes to appoint an outstanding individual with proven abilities to lead, inspire and direct change that results in rewarding experiences and positive outcomes for students of SEND and ALS. This is an exciting strategic role in the Inclusion and Support Department (Additional Learning Support).
Permanent - Full time, 36 hours a week
Please note: The successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge and insight in the field of SEND and recent developments as well as experience of leading large diverse teams of specialists and experienced practitioners. In addition, the postholder must have a good level of knowledge of SEND/ALS funding streams and be able to work closely with the local authority to ensure the college continues to be the provider of choice for SEND/ALS provision
Candidate will be a key stakeholder in building new opportunities, growth and strategic oversight for student and apprentice support.
