Job Role

Reporting directly to the Global VP Sales, this leadership position calls for a professional with a background in Engineered products and expertise in machinery safety applications. With a global mindset, you'll lead a diverse team, utilizing your technical prowess and natural leadership to support global operations.

As a proactive leader, you'll leverage your experience to enhance Fortress's Application and Technical support offerings, facilitating accelerated growth. Balancing hands-on problem-solving with high-level application support for senior stakeholders, effective communication both internally and externally is paramount to ensure alignment with our mission.

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the global strategic direction of the sales organization. A proactive and creative mindset, coupled with a "can do" attitude, will drive collaboration with Sales teams to position Fortress as the preferred partner for our customers.

Natural leadership, energy, and enthusiasm are essential to inspire team development and effectiveness, providing clear direction for career progression within the organization.

Duties

• Leading the Global Application and Tech support team spanning across the USA, UK, and China, with a worldwide scope.

• Ensuring top-notch query resolution for our customers while adopting a proactive approach to support and educate key stakeholders.

• Offering pre-sales assistance to prospective customers, comprehensively understanding their needs and guiding them through our product offerings. Collaborating with the product management team to articulate these application insights effectively.

• Fostering global collaboration to implement best practices from various regions and drive strategic projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction. Placing paramount importance on customer-centricity in all aspects of our operations.

• Partnering with cross-functional teams, particularly the Quality and Safety Services teams, to establish clear priorities, foster ownership, and achieve the company's strategic objectives.
