Role Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Head of AI to lead the AI function within a prominent health tech company. This pivotal role involves building a top-tier AI team and strategically integrating AI solutions across products and business operations.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute a robust AI strategy aligned with business goals.
• Implement AI innovations across various products and services.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing AI team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee AI solution design, development, and deployment ensuring quality and scalability.
• Collaborate with Engineering leadership to integrate AI seamlessly into existing offerings.
• Liaise with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with company objectives and communicate outcomes effectively.
• Ensure ethical AI applications in compliance with legal and industry standards.
• Advise on AI implementation strategies to senior leadership.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of AI/ML experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in building and leading successful AI teams.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and Java, along with AI/ML algorithms and data modeling.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Demonstrable AI projects showcasing innovation and business impact.
