We are looking for a Head of Arts Rentals, Partnerships and Administrationto join our Arts Planning and Producing team on a full time basis for a 1 year maternity cover.
About the role and the team:
The Arts Rentals, Partnerships and Administration team look after a broad range of responsibilities within the Arts Planning & Producing department, focusing on income-generation through the Arts Rentals programme, partnership management with Resident Orchestras and other key artistic partners, and management of a wide range of administrative systems and processes. The team is composed of a Head of Arts Rentals, Partnerships and Administration, an Arts Rentals Manager, an Arts Administration Manager, and an Arts Administration and Rentals Assistant.
Role objectives:
To lead on the artistic rentals, Partnerships and Administration for Southbank Centre (SC), overseeing the smooth running of all administrative systems within the Arts Planning & Producing and Arts Programming departments (referred to in this document collectively as the Artistic team), and taking a particular focus on maintaining strong relationships with our Resident Orchestras. The role works closely with the Director of Arts Planning and Producing (DoAPP), Artistic Director and the wider Artistic team, supporting the delivery of the artistic vision and programme. This role operates across the organisation, is part of SC senior management and holds key relationships with the Executive Leadership Team.
