The role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our highly successful, passionate and driven corporate partnerships team, leading our multi-award-winning, 28-year partnership with Asda.
This role plays a key role in the leadership of the corporate team, as well as driving forward the success of 1 of the longest-running and most inspiring partnerships in the sector. They’ll inspire and motivate their team. Including a talented Asda partnership manager and Asda partnership officer, to work collaboratively with the incredible Asda team and our friends at CoppaFeel!, to deliver and maximise our flagship partnership, raising nearly £5 million per year for Breast Cancer Now.
This role will always think 1 step ahead to collaborate and steer the development of Asda Tickled Pink, delight stakeholders, and maximise all the opportunities the partnership offers, for people affected by breast cancer. The nature of the partnership, including working with CoppaFeel! as a dual partner, means that this role will also have responsibility for building on our already excellent working relationships and ensuring that how we work together continues to do the absolute best by the opportunity we have with Asda.
We’re really excited for the future of our partnership with Asda and CoppaFeel!, which has recently seen the introduction of breast screening vans in Asda car parks and Breast Cancer Now support services hosted in Asda community spaces. As well as our disruptive breast checking campaigns see this is a once in a career opportunity to build on all that has been achieved to truly add value at every level for Asda and make change for people affected by breast cancer.
About you
You’ll be passionate about corporate partnerships and understand and be inspired by how they can create change for people affected by breast cancer. You’ll have significant experience of managing and leading 6 – 7 figure, multi-faceted partnerships, with a track record of exceeding targets and delivering growth.
You’ll have excellent relationship management and communication skills with a proven ability of leading a team to deliver above and beyond, and confidence communicating with and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Being collaborative, creative and solution-focused will come naturally to you. You’ll be excited to drive forward a partnership strategy that delivers for Asda across their dynamic business, alongside income, engagement and areas of strategic focus for the charities, including breast awareness.
You’ll be ready for the challenge of leading 1 of the sector’s longest standing, award-winning partnerships, whilst wanting to make tangible change for people affected by breast cancer.

Primary location of role and hybrid working
This role is primarily based in our London office. However, our hybrid working model allows full-time staff members to work up to 3 days per week at home.
