Head of Asset Optimisation

Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Head of Asset Optimisation on a permanent basis at our Westminster Bridge Road office.

A bit about the role:

As a Head of Asset Optimisation you will maintain a new asset performance model, which will create a priority index to identify assets that require a full options appraisal.

Some of the key results for the role include:

• Leading on stock rationalisation projects, including being part of internal project groups, liaising with Consultants and Solicitors.
• Developing and implementing short, medium and long term plans to deal with underperforming assets.
• Maintaining and creating relationships with external stakeholders such as Local Authorities, Conveyancers, Auctioneers and Agents.
• Providing data quality checks on new property creations and disposals within the Housing Management system.

This role will require a UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.

A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office is required.
