Our team at Sellick Partnership are actively seeking a Head of Asset position based within the Northeast Region for a well-established housing association on a permanent basis. This position will be accountable for Asset Management and associated strategic plans.

Head of Asset Accountabilities:

• Develop and implement an Asset Management Strategy and associated plans which support and enable the delivery of the Corporate Strategy
• Lead the development and delivery of programmes for the Retrofit and decarbonisation of our assets which target affordable warmth, environmental sustainability
• Ensure customers have maximum opportunity to become engaged and involved in service delivery and shaping services to their home, including identifying specific needs and delivering tailored services where possible
• Lead the collaborative development and review of options appraisals, neighbourhood plans, targeted interventions, regeneration and plans for disposal which ensure that our assets continue to contribute to the delivery of the strategic aims and objectives

Head of Asset Experience:

• Chartered status or Degree or Significant relevant experience at similar level
• Working collaborative and working as part of an effective senior management team
• Experience of leading professional
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of the current and evolving standards within the housing sector, including a knowledge of asset management and retrofit
