Head Of Assets And Compliance

Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Head of Assets and Compliance for one of our clients based in Birmingham. As the Head of Assets and Compliance you will be reporting to the Executive Director, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing the Asset Management Strategy and overseeing the delivery of cost-effective strategies.

Head of Assets and Compliance Responsibilities:

delivering the organisation’s investment and Compliance programmes

legislative and regulatory requirements relating to the safety and the quality

developing and implementing the Asset Management Strategy

delivery of cost-effective strategies to manage our assets

Head of Assets and Compliance Details:

Salary: £65,000- £67,500 PA (plus £3,500 car allowance)

Schedule: 37.5 hours per week

Location: Birmingham

Head of Assets and Compliance Requirements:

Experience in the production and delivery of asset management strategies and a understanding of component cycles

Experience in preparing and presenting Executive level reports discussing asset management and Compliance

Knowledge of building and safety legislation, standards, and best practice relating to Social Housing

Hold a degree or professional qualification in a related subject and membership of a professional body e.g. CIOB, RICS, IOSH

Managed significant budgets and developed long-term financial investment forecasts and cost modelling
