Bristol Old Vic Theatre School is seeking a Head of Brand & Marketing to oversee all pillars of the charity’s strategic growth at this crucial time. Acting as the charity’s brand guardian, the post holder will develop trend-aware marketing strategies and initiatives for our key areas of activity, ensuring that they are correctly communicated, well planned and retain the vision, values and ethos of Bristol Old Vic Theatre School
By supporting colleagues with the development of the Theatre School’s identity, messaging and compliance, providing overall accountability for protecting and enhancing the brand, and ensuring that the invisible thread is maintained across all marketing and press efforts.
The ideal candidate will posses strong leadership skills and have a proven ability to oversee marketing and press processes for an industry-leading, internationally-renowned brand, managing a team to deliver ambitious strategic outcomes.
