Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation for Disabled People is an organisation that has been delivering innovative services to people with disabilities for nearly 90 years. QEF though its range of enabling services is a vital source of support to around 10,000 people every year.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our care and the expert support we provide people to maximise their independence. Our life changing services include state of the art facilities placing us at the forefront of neuro rehabilitation for people with an acquired brain injury or other neurological conditions.
In this pivotal appointment we are looking for a new Head to focus on Business Development and commissioning so that we can increase the numbers of clients accessing our service and the speed with which we can reach them. Ultimately, we aim to maximise our service potential and ensure that we are reaching all those who need our support.
To be successful in this role and hit the ground running we are looking for a proven track record of success in a similar role, or previous sales/account manager experience within the health and social care sector.
You will know and understand the commissioning landscape as well as the needs and challenges of key stakeholder groups and you will be someone who is confident in developing and delivering sector specific account management strategies, marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
You will have experience of working at a senior level in a complex and sensitive arena with multi-disciplinary stakeholders. We are seeking someone who will enjoy being innovative and entrepreneurial in their approach to client acquisition and will provide creative thinking to expand our growth strategy.
