Head of Buying - Luxury

A rare, but incredibly exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Head of Buying with experience in jewellery and watches to join a prestigious luxury retailer.
This role is in an integral position and, as the company is going through significant growth and development there are big opportunities on the horizon for progression.
As a Head of Buying you will be responsible for the whole buying strategy, looking at opportunities but also previous risks. You will be leading the team to select and develop product,
that will increase sales and continue to grow revenue for the group. You will be liaising directly with directors and key stake holders to ensure the product is inline with brand positioning
and growth plans. You will have extensive knowledge of the luxury jewellery and watches market, and make commercial decisions.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong knowledge of the luxury sector and have commercial market knowledge. You will have longevity in your career, and able to demonstrate
You can lead and inspire a team. You will need to be able to communicate to people at C-Suite level, and influence decisions but also be hands on with juniors in your team.
In return there is a highly competitive salary up to £120,0000 plus bonus on top. You will also be eligible for a car allowance, and well as discounts and health benefits.
