Our client, an ambitious, entrepreneurial and growing Life insurance company, is looking for a Head of Call Centre Operations for their office in Swansea.

The Head of Call Centre Operations will be effectively the interface between:

• Sales
• Finance
• Technology
• HR / Compliance

Previous experience in a similar position is required for this exciting opportunity and insurance experience (particularly Life Insurance) would be beneficial but is not considered essential.
