Position: Casualty Injury and Personal Injury Manager (Agile Working) - Leeds
Are you a seasoned professional in Defendant Personal Injury with a knack for leading and managing teams? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a prominent firm in Leeds as a Casualty Injury Manager.
To secure an interview, you should be able to showcase:

• Significant experience in the Injury sector, particularly in EL/PL claims.
• Proficiency in client management and practice development.

• Knowledge of Legal/Insurance relationships.
• Successful experience in team leadership and management.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the casualty team.
• Managing a portfolio of complex EL/PL claims.
• Overseeing budget and financial control.
• Providing both contentious and non-contentious legal advice.
• Contributing to strategic decision-making at a senior level.
