Head of CDM

I’m working on an exciting new position for a Head of Health, Safety & CDM role for a small but growing consultancy who have work across the North West of England, across into the West Midlands and down to London.

The business at present sits at around 20 people but has plans in place to increase revenue tenfold over the next 5 years. The business operates in all areas of health and safety but is currently missing someone who can lead their CDM offering. For this position they need a professional a CDM/PD bias but ideally with wider safety Health & Safety Management and ISO experience. The role is essentially to come below the Managing Director, take over a small team of CDM Advisors and take over the management of some of the business’ key clients and projects.

Total remuneration for this role could get up to around �70,000 with an excellent pension offering and additional performance-based bonuses. The owners of the company are prepared to offer EMIs (enterprise management incentives) as part of the package so leaders in the business feel incentivised and fully bought-in to the ambitions and growth plans of the business. This role would be best suited to a self-starter who has clear CDM consultancy experience, has some managerial experience, or is interested in developing those skills.
