Head Of Chemistry

Empowering Learning are supporting a secondary school based in Northamptonshire, who are seeking to appoint a Head of Chemistry from April 2024 or sooner (Dependent on availabilty).

The school are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Head of Chemistry to join their successful Science department. Chemistry as a subject within the school, consists of leading and supporting delivery of KS3 through KS5, aswell as combined and separate Sciences at GCSE and OCR Chemistry A and OCR Level 3 Cambridge Technicals.

As a school, they pride themselves with offering an enjoyable and impactable Chemistry curriculum. This has been developed via substantive knowledge and embedding disciplinary knowledge, to enable the broadening their students, with hands on experiences both in and outside of the lab.

Salary offered: £46,500 - £55,000 (Dependent on experience)
