We are looking for a Head of Register Services to join our Register Development team.

Title:  Head of Register Services

Salary: £52,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent, full time

Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

Location: Hybrid*, with Head office in Hampstead, London

As the Head of Register Services, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our stem cell donor register. Your expertise in customer or supporter operations and care excellence will be instrumental in enhancing donor registration processes, ensuring a seamless, motivating journey that cultivates a community committed to our life-saving mission. Your role will be fundamental in ensuring we provide outstanding support to our donors and maintain a high-quality register. You will lead initiatives to streamline our processes to expand the reach and impact of our donor register, ultimately increasing our ability to change lives and bring hope to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a high-performing team to achieve key performance indicators such as processing times for donor applications and meeting quality and customer services targets.
• Accountability for leading and implementing strategies for donor registration, improving standard operating procedures, communication, and processes.
• Embed customer service principles in the Register Services team to ensure exceptional support for people joining the Anthony Nolan Register.
• Manage the Quality Pipeline Manager to foster a culture of quality in Register Development.
• Drive efficient team processes, compliance, and risk management.
• Manage complex budgets and resources effectively.
• Implement cross-divisional projects to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and stakeholders including owning the relationship with our fulfilment house.
• Utilise and embed reporting, data and insights to inform and deliver against strategy.
• Keep the team up-to-date with Anthony Nolan products, services, and continuous training.

• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting.

• A data-driven approach to evaluate and enhance engagement and efficiency.
• Commitment to continuous learning, accountability, and promoting a culture of innovation and inclusivity.
• Familiarity with regulations, compliance, and GDPR.
