Become a valued member of our team, where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain effective communication with the client on all commercial mattersAdopt a team approach and participate fully with colleagues in the delivery and development of efficient integrated services, irrespective of disciplineIdentify commercial risk for onsite activity and projects and in conjunction with the Business Director, weigh up risk vs reward, developing and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies and actionsProvide full commercial input, contractual advice, and support to all operational managersLead on client PFI hand back activity, developing and implementing the hand back strategyTake responsibility for the financial management of projectsMonitoring subcontractors, safety practices, construction progress and material needs, including any changes which may impact costsWriting reports detailing costs and progress for clientsRecognise business opportunities and eliminate the risk of financial penaltiesDrive the Zero Harm Culture in relation to Health & SafetySupport the commercial knowledge & development of others, this may be through line management or coachingTHE IDEAL CANDIDATEYou will be a hands-on commercial professional. Ideally you will have a soft or hard services/facilities background or experience of working in a healthcare environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to make informed decisions quickly, and excellent communication skills are essential for this position.
