This is an exciting opportunity for a Legal Executive or Solicitor who specialises in Commercial Property to join this firm in a leadership capacity and advance their career into Management . The successful applicant will be managing a caseload of Commercial Property matters.
Responsibilities: Duties are varied, often spanning broad and complex caseloads. My client represent a range of clients, advising on matters such as:
- The sale, purchase and lease of Commercial land or property.
- Property finance and investment
- Acquisitions, mergers and disposals of residential and commercial sites and developments
- Equestrian and farm sales and purchases.
- Advice to Landlords/Tenants for both commercial and residential matters including lease extensions
- Landlord and tenant disputes.

The Candidate
- Legal Executives and Solicitors with at least 4 years’ experience
- Proficient in Commercial Property matters
- Confident, articulate, and friendly communicator
- IT literate with the ability to operate a computer-based case management system
- Works well as part of a team but equally comfortable working on your own initiative
- Strives for high standards in their work
- Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Experience supervising and leading a team
- Commercial awareness with good networking skills
- Willingness to take on new challenges in unfamiliar areas
