• Create, implement and develop the Retail master plan• Responsible for Retail management team• Connect retail and customer offer• Maintain strong relationships with partners• Develop strategic plans to drive revenue and growth• Maximize commercial opportunities and mitigate risks• Drive change and continuous improvement• Manage effective contract negotiations• Oversee opex and capex budgets• Represent the business and develop effective relationships
Requirements
• Demonstrable experience in senior commercial role• Experience in leading and developing teams• Confident relationship builder• Ability to interpret and understand detailed analytical data• Experience in implementing change and new procedures• Experience in managing tender processes and contract negotiations• Organizational, planning and prioritization skills• IT savvy and ability to analyze data• Experience in operational retail role preferred
