Job Summary: As the Head of Contract/Temporary Recruitment, you will be the driving force behind the creation and growth of our contract recruitment division. You will have the autonomy to develop and execute a strategic plan for building the contract desk and assembling a high-performing team to support our clients' contract staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build the Contract Desk: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to establish and grow our contract recruitment division, including defining processes, systems, and service offerings.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of contract recruiters, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to excel in their roles.
• Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their contract staffing requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
• Sourcing and Recruitment: Personally engage in sourcing and recruiting efforts for high-priority contract positions while guiding and mentoring the team in their recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in building a Contract/Temp Recruitment desk.
• Engineering or Construction industry knowledge desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of contract staffing industry trends and best practices.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
