Residential Property Conveyancer – Head of Dept | Greater Manchester | Ref 56319
Our client is a respectable law firm with offices based across the Northwest and are looking for a Residential Conveyancer – Head of Department to join their expanding high street practice in Greater Manchester Radcliffe.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a progressive practise and be a part of a growing multi-practice law provider.
As the Head of Department, you will support other Fee earners, mentoring, running team meetings, assisting compliance, and undertaking peer reviews.
You will work independently and manage a caseload of residential property files to include buying and selling all types of residential property, mortgages and re-mortgages and Home Equity Release Plans.
In order to apply for this role, you will be a Qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive (FCILEX) with at least 3 year’s qualification.
In addition, the successful candidate can expect a salary ranging from £40,000-£45,000 dependant on experience and the opportunity to develop your career in a thriving practice.
