As the Head of Organisational Culture / Cultural Learning & Development Manager you will join in a role where you will be the architect of the organisation’s cultural identity, firmly rooted in their core principles.
Working as the Head of Organisational Culture / Cultural Learning & Development Manager you will drive initiatives that redefine and reinforce the cultural fabric of the organisation. Your role will be instrumental in fostering a sense of belonging, amplifying engagement, and championing the well-being of their diverse team.
DUTIES
Your role as Head of Organisational Culture / Cultural Learning & Development Manager will include:
- Manage the Trusts’ chaplaincy program, overseeing chaplains and directing the development of Collective Worship content
- Strategically lead the Trust's cultural evolution and conduct training for staff at all levels
- Drive the Trust’s Well-being strategy, collaborate on Employee Engagement, and enhance continuous professional development
- Organise diverse events, including staff, community, and student gatherings, and lead the in-house retreats team
- Implement a distinct strategy for engaging parents and students, fostering connections within the Trust community
- Provide expert advice on organisational culture, leadership, talent management, and organisational development to the Executive Team and SLTs
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- A degree or professional experience in Human Resources, People Transformation, Organisational Psychology, Learning and Development, Education Leadership, or a related field
- Significant experience in a similar role, preferably within the education sector or a multi-site organisation
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing organisational culture strategies
- Strong and demonstrable understanding of the Gaudiya Vaishnava philosophy that underpins some faith schools
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
