Are you experienced in managing a team and providing exceptional Customer Service? Are you process and data driven, commercially minded and determined to drive performances of your team and the business? If so, then this could be the role for you .
My client is looking for a Head of Customer Service and Technical Service who can facilitate the delivery of excellent Customer Service processes and also train, manage and develop the team. This is a Senior Management role within the organisation.
The Job
- Train, manage and motivate the team
- Resource planning
- Ensure product knowledge is up to date
- Act as escalation point for complaints
- Be accountable for shaping and delivering the Company’s consumer service propositions
- Drive performance of the department
- People management including performance management
- Coach and mentor in order to drive results
- Continuously review cost effectiveness & productivity of the department

Benefits:
- Target bonus : 15% (paid upon achievement of objectives)

- 25 days’ annual leave + 8 statutory bank holidays.
- The contractual hours are 0830 – 1730 Monday to Thursday and 0830 – 1600 hours on Friday, with an unpaid lunch hour daily (38.5 per week).
