About the Role
To be an inspirational leader and provide strategic direction and operational leadership to cross functional teams. You will have a particular focus on championing our vision of a truly brilliant customer experience and embedding a customer-focused culture across the Group to drive continuous improvement and build customer capacity and community visibility. You will lead and inspire change and innovation to respond and adapt to customers’ current and future needs and priorities.
You will report directly to the Group’s EXDO and work collaboratively with the other Heads of Service. Cross working will also encompass corporate departments. As part of the Extended Leadership Team, you will contribute directly to the Group’s wider corporate strategy, business planning and strategic risk.
