The company:

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned data leader to join a hugely exciting health-tech scale up and build out their data function from the ground up.

This visionary health-tech business are growing rapidly and expanding into new European countries across Europe.

Reporting into the CTO, you will be tasked with structuring the data department and growing out the team spanning data science, data engineering and analytics.

• Build the data function from the scratch and lead from the front

• Up to €150K + package

The role:

• Build and lead a high-performing data function with the aim to become a centre of knowledge for the business
• Designa and implement comprehensive data strategies and systems
• Identifying data sources, defining data governance frameworks, establishing data quality standards and improving the data technology stack
• Establish a data-driven mindset and decision making process
• Ensure data privacy and security
• Data analysis and technological innovation

About you:

• Proven experience in building and leading high-performing data teams
• Expertise across data analytics, data science and data engineering
• Strong expertise in data tech stacks
• Expertise in technical data tools and programming (e.g. python, R, SQL etc)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
