SalaryHere at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare, we are looking for a Head of Data Science and Analysis to join our growing team and be reporting into the Director of Commercial Finance. The Head of Data Science & Analysis is responsible for developing and translating the LPCH data strategy, leading and embedding the delivery of robust enterprise data and data driven insights to the business. You will lead, manage and monitor the availability, visibility and integrity of Data across the business to drive data-led decision making. Additionally you will also ensure the ethical and responsible use of Data, adhering to all data regulatory and legislative standards and expectations. The Head of Data Science & Analysis will promote and drive LPCH's data driven culture, identifying opportunities to continually improve awareness and use of tools and systems. Furthermore you will lead and manage the performance and potential of the financial data team.
