**Head of Data Science - High Growth Fintech**

I am exclusively supporting a high-growth fintech lender with their Head of Data Science requirement.

This key hire will require a technical, strategic and commercially astute individual to come in an help the business maintain the trajectory of growth they have been experiencing for the last couple of years. This will be achieved by building a centralised analytics function which will build group wide models and some of the infrastructure around the business. There will also be significant involvement in business strategy, working with the senior leadership team to ensure the business continues to grow and be successful.

Essential Experience

• ML experience
• Strong Technical Expertise and can still be hands on
• Good knowledge of lending business
• Strong Modelling background across Credit, Risk, Marketing and Finance
• Extremely commercial
• Expert in communication - especially to a non-technical audience
• Strong programming skills
