Job Advert: Head of Demand Generation
Location: North-West (Hybrid working with occasional requirement to work from Lancashire office)
Salary: c£45,000 - £50,000
About the Company: Our client, a leading sales agency in Lancashire, is on a mission to help their clients and partners boost sales. After achieving over 199% growth in 2023, they are now in search of a Head of Demand Generation to drive their expanding business to new heights.
The Role: Are you a Demand Gen superstar? This is your opportunity to shape and grow your own department within a rapidly expanding business. As the Head of Demand Generation, you'll be at the forefront of client relationships, lead generation strategy, and team management. This is a chance to lead in a fast-paced environment and contribute significantly to ongoing growth.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute outbound campaigns for a portfolio of clients.
* Collaborate with the lead generation team to create and launch campaigns, including copywriting, data profiling, and sequence building.
* Identify innovative multi-channelled outbound marketing activities, ensuring a flow of qualified leads while monitoring ROI and optimizing CPA.
* Create, refine, and iterate on email templates to enhance open rates.
* Build drip and email nurture campaigns to increase opportunities.
* Utilize data and analytics to measure and improve Demand Generation performance, focusing on pipeline building.
* Define success metrics, own performance analysis, and manage reporting of key Client Demand Generation Metrics.
* Manage client relationships, taking a consultative approach to lead gen strategies, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Lead and manage the Demand Generation team, ensuring deadlines and targets are met through regular 1-1s.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a B2B Demand Generation environment.
* Hands-on technical skills, especially in email automation.
* Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative multi-channel campaigns.
* Proven track record of developing and executing Demand Generation strategies.
* Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
* Understanding of CRM Software and proficiency in marketing automation.
* Highly proactive, self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.
* Excellent communication skills for regular liaison with clients and internal teams.
