Head of Design required for a manufacturer of compressors based in Tonbridge. The successful candidate will have experience leading a design team and have good knowledge and experience with Design Engineering software's. You will be looking after a team of 5 (mechanical bias but an electrical Design Engineer as well). This role is a hands on role Design Engineering with mangement duties on the side.

- Salary dependent on experience likely £55k-£60k
- Other benefits to be discussed at interview stage
- 08:30-17:00 Monday-Thursday
- Early finish Fridays
