Description
Key Responsibilities of the Head of Design:
- Develop and implement a content strategy that drives engagement across all channels.
- Lead a team of creatives to produce high-quality content that aligns with the brand's voice and values.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Oversee the design and copywriting processes to ensure content is compelling and effective.
- Monitor content performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Keep abreast of trends in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry and integrate insights into content creation.
- Manage content budgets and resources.
- Uphold the company's reputation and standards in all content creation.
Profile
A successful Head of Design should have:
- A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in a creative role, preferably within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
- Strong understanding of content strategy and its impact on brand perception.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using digital and social media platforms for content distribution.
