Infused Solutions have teamed up with a rapidly growing Retail organisation in Manchester recruiting for a new Head Development.

You will be responsible for leading, expanding, delivering strategy for the software development function of the organisation.

You will also be responsible for project delivery, working with senior stakeholders across the business, governance, people management and being a subject matter expert for the organisation.

You will need to have experience leading and manging a team along with experience of working at board level.

Requirements

• Extensive management experience
• E-Commerce / Retail Experience
• Strong PHP background
• Strong Leadership experience
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, planning and solution delivery skills
