Key Responsibilities:

* Formulate and implement comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
* Oversee all the company's social media accounts
* Implement robust analytics and reporting systems to measure and analyse the performance of Digital Marketing campaigns.
* Utilise data-driven insights to optimise digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
* Lead and inspire a high-performing Digital Marketing team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of innovation.
* Provide regular reports, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable insights.
* Prepare and manage Digital Marketing budget

The successful candidate will have previous experience and proven track record of success in developing and executing Digital Marketing strategies. In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights. Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms to measure and optimise campaign performance.

In return you will receive a salary paying Circa £80K depending on experience + excellent benefits + Car allowance + working from home (hybrid working) + FREE parking when in the office.
