We are seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced Head of Service for the Disability and Mental Health Service.
The role will involve:
Managing a team of Disability and Mental Health Advisers
Leading the delivery of exceptional student support in the areas of Disability and Mental Health
Developing and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Support in decision making around risk and complex cases
Keeping up to date with sector-wide knowledge to inform service development
Development of university wide staff training to support a whole university approach to Disability and Mental Health
Collating and presenting data to evidence service impact
The post holder should have significant experience with managing a team and resources, and may be required to deputise occasionally for the Assistant Director (Student Wellbeing & Welfare).
