We are seeking a dedicated individual to take on the role of Head of Disability and Neurodiversity Support, leading our committed Disability Team. Reporting directly to our Director of Student Life, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing specialist advice and student services with creativity and effectiveness. To be successful in this role, you should hold a minimum of an undergraduate degree or an equivalent qualification. Additionally, substantial leadership experience is crucial, along with a significant background in working with disabled individuals in higher education or a similar setting. A customer-focused mindset is essential, with a commitment to placing students at the heart of our services. Your ability to set and deliver high service standards will be instrumental in driving positive change.
