This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Drama teacher to lead a thriving department in a supportive and collaborative school.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Drama department, ensuring that all students have access to a high-quality Drama education
- Teach Drama to KS3, KS4, and KS5 students
- Direct and produce school productions
- Work with other departments to develop cross-curricular projects
- Support and mentor other Drama teachers
- A degree in Drama or a related subject
- QTS or PGCE
- A minimum of 5 years' experience teaching Drama at secondary school level
- Experience of leading and managing a team
- A strong track record of raising standards in Drama
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
