Job Summary
We are currently partnered with an extremely well-known DTC brand in London who have been ranked one of the UK and Europe's fastest growing brands in the last few years! As they expand their digital footprint they are embarking on their next stage of growth and seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head ofOnline Trading to lead their global ecommerce strategy.
You'll own and deliver the Online Trading strategy to achieve sales targets and growth objectives, utilising data, customer behaviour and market trends to inform strategic planning and identity opportunities to drive sales revenue. Collaborating with marketing, technology and product teams, overseeing merchandising, pricing strategies and promotions to maximise profitability.
The successful candidate with have demonstrable experience in a senior DTC/ecomm Online Trading role, ideally from a start-up/ scale-up business. You'll be able to confidentily present trading numbers and sales revenue to c-suite, with the ability to make data led decisions to drive strategy and growth of the global brand!

- Hybrid working, 3 days office
Salary & Benefits
- £80,000 plus 10% bonus
- 25 days holiday (rising with service), company pension scheme, private medical, travel subsidies and learning & development budget
