Head of Economics and Business

This position represents an exciting opportunity to take on the leadership of a successful A-level Economics (following the AQA specification) department, with the added opportunity to roll out Business A-level (following the Edexcel specification) for the first time at Queen’s College. The department fosters independence in the classroom with small class sizes and excellent teaching resources.

There is a strong culture of self-starters at QCL, and an appropriately inspiring teacher is sought to keep unlocking this potential. The department is a strong contributor to the GSA London Cluster Group and there are excellent opportunities for CPD here, including excellent provision for development of innovative Teaching and Learning using digital technologies. We are looking for a skilled practitioner with proven outcomes to lead this small but flourishing department.
