Overview:
The Head of Employee Share Plan Product and Strategy will work alongside the MUFG Corporate Markets Leadership Team to drive the Employee Share Plan strategy, cascade the strategy into the organisation and drive the strategy execution, bringing it to life in order to generate growth.
This role is based on a hybrid basis from our central London office, so you do need to be within a commutable distance to ensure you can be in the office a couple of times a week.

You really need:
As with any role, we want to find the right person and we want to make sure you know it’s the right role for you too.
• A strong understanding of Employee Share Plans in the UK, along with demonstrable experience of working within this area of the industry and exposure to digital technologies, preferably in B2B industries
• Experience within a Product Management function, preferably within an innovative corporate
• A passion for digital products and services with an entrepreneurial spirit to help us shape new products and new business ventures, along with a desire to engage in collaborative problem solving across disciplines
• A strong track record of driving and delivering results within a complex organisation
• A strategic and creative mindset, with the ability to analyse, synthesise, communicate and recommend action
• Self-motivation with the drive, desire and passion to take the initiative, solve problems creatively and offer suggestions for improvement
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships in order to leverage resources and influence a variety of stakeholders
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to always remain composed, diplomatic, professional, friendly and tactful
• The ability to organise and prioritise your own workload, working to tight and often competing deadlines and priorities whilst working effectively and remaining flexible in your approach in a challenging, fast paced environment
It would be nice to have:
• Financial Services industry experience
• Experience within a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank or leadership programme at a Fortune 500 company
Day to Day:
You will:
• Work in close partnership with strategic design to ensure that any solutions address identified problems
• Conceive of innovative digital products and businesses through building a deep understanding of the customer, market and disruptive forces at work
• Facilitate the formation of the strategy with the MUFG Corporate Markets Leadership Team globally
• Work closely with designers, developers and solutions architects to create the information architecture and prototype any concepts
• Consider all aspects of product commercialisation, develop and manage product road maps and implement A/B testing methods to optimise product features using real data
• Engage with clients and users to gain continuous feedback to support future design and roadmap prioritisation
• Speak to clients in a pre-sales capacity, identifying both hot buttons and common pain points whilst articulating how the solution can effectively add value to their business
• Identify go to market strategies, lead the global view on product reach, identifying and prioritising international markets for expansion and developing localised requirements to ensure geographic fit
• Stay aHead of Compliance trends and regulatory changes that may have an impact on the product or business model
