Due to an internal promotion we are delighted to offer this exciting opportunity to join our highly popular and thriving school as our new Head of English.

Regardless of experience this position would suit an inspirational English specialist with the ability to lead, challenge and motivate others to achieve in our experienced and settled English department.

It is a very exciting time to join us at Lancaster; we are an 11-16 Academy with increasing student numbers and we now have over 950 students on roll. In August 2018, we became co-educational now admitting girls. We are committed to providing the best education possible for our students to ensure they reach their full potential and enjoy their learning experience.
This is a truly exciting opportunity for an ambitious and aspiring leader to make significant impact and to help shape the future of our pupils.
