Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)

This is an exciting and challenging role which has the potential to make a real impact for our people and organisation.

We need to deliver on the strategic outcomes to effect real and long-lasting change that is meaningful and sustainable, where we embrace Diversity and create a truly inclusive environment.

This is a great opportunity for you to help us on our journey, to shape, implement and drive the change needed. You will have proven experience of operating in a similar role, a track record of realising positive outcomes and as well as an in-depth knowledge of the EDI landscape. An excellent communicator, credible and able to work collaboratively across a complex organisation to get your voice heard in a way that engages and brings people with you. 

This role reports to the HR Director but will work across the organisation. 

This role is based at Kew with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.
