Job Title:Head of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £65,000 per annum

Job type: Permanent, Full-time.

The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join us as our Head of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI).

As the Head of EDI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our EDO strategy, ensuring that equality, diversity and inclusion are at the forefront of our organisational culture. You will take strategic ownership of our EDI initiatives, including action plans and Charter mark commitments and work to embed these principles into all aspects of our operations, fostering inclusivity and driving meaningful change.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, experiences in leading EDI initiatives within a complex setting, have an expert knowledge of EDI legislation, policies and best practice, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and outcomes.
