Are you a diligent, kind and accomplished Head of EYFS looking for a stimulating new position starting in September 2024?
A client school of mine is looking to work with a new Head of EYFS to come in and transform their EYFS Key Stage, and monitor the progression of their students as they move up in the school. Part of a large trust that values academic excellence and holistic development for their children, this respected primary school are looking for the newest member of their Leadership Team, to be the Head of EYFS.
Head of EYFS | Why choose this role?

• Join an established EYFS Department as a Head of EYFS, and use your knowledge and experiences to tackle a new role.
• With a high number of students with SEND, you will be responsible for monitoring students' progression as Head of EYFS.
• Join a 'Good' Primary School as Head of EYFS, and help raise the 'OFSTED' rating to 'Outstanding'
• Outer London Pay Scale + TLR
• This school offers continuous CPD for members in the Leadership Team, and the Head of EYFS will sometimes be expected to lead sessions.

Head of EYFS | About You:

• QTS is mandatory for the Head of EYFS / PGCE or PGDE is preferable.
• A Head of EYFS must have a degree from a Top UK University.
• Head of EYFS must have at least 3 years of teaching experience.
• It would be advantageous for a Head of EYFS to have previous Head of EYFS experience, however this isn't mandatory.
• A Head of EYFS is expected to have a warm and welcoming personality, with aspirations of raising ELG.
• If a Head of EYFS had previous Middle Leadership responsibilities, but that isn't a requirement.
