You will be responsible for the delivery and overall success of a number of critical and complex programs. You will lead the Technology delivery streams, own key relationships with senior business stakeholders and be responsible for informing department management on progress, performance and risks.

In this role you will:
• Build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders and sponsors – managing competing priorities across a complex book of work
• Collaborate with stakeholders to help finalise the CRM strategy aligned with Wholesale's overall business and tech strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise product features and requirements for CRM and BFCR portfolios
• Develop and maintain a CRM product roadmap that aligns with the business strategy
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that product development is on track and meets quality standards.
